10. 'Kung Fu Panda 2'

Most sequels fail to live up to their predecessors, but this second installment about a kung-fu-fighting panda named Po is action-packed yet surprisingly profound. Po (voiced by Jack Black) is the perfect protagonist, and watching him search for his roots is tender and funny and cause some parents to shed a tear or two. Family and friendship -- and martial arts! -- what could be a better combination for a family flick?
