Best Villain, Female: Bryce Dallas Howard, 'The Help'

Somehow, Richie Cunningham's daughter has become Hollywood's go-to bad girl, first as Victoria in 'Twilight: Eclipse' and now as the reprehensible racist/germophobe Hilly in 'The Help.' Howard commits 100 percent to the nastiness (despite her misgivings). And she won't be making nice anytime soon: She stars as Joseph Gordon-Levitt's selfish girlfriend in this fall's '50/50.'
