20. John Call in 'Santa Claus Conquers the Martians' (1964)

Call is such an incompetent Santa, you wonder why the Martians are even interested enough to kidnap him. He's so inept, he can't even remember all the names of his reindeer. (He calls one of them "Nixon.") Not to mention the whole getting kidnapped by Martians thing. Lame.
