Before he became Harold's better half -- and before he worked in the White House with President Barack Obama -- Kal Penn starred in this sequel to 'Van Wilder.' Only problem? It didn't actually focus on Van Wilder (Ryan Reynolds, pre-fame). Kal Penn's Taj teaches a class on shenanigans in 'VW2,' but some things cannot be learned -- like making an enjoyable movie.
