To paraphrase the late King of Pop: remember the time when Shelley Long and Bette Midler could headline a movie? It wasn't that long ago: 1987 to be exact. The pair starred as warring non-friends in 'Outrageous Fortune,' a cuckoo bananas comedy about a hoity-toity actress (Long) and her low-rent acting class rival (Midler) who are -- unbeknownst to each other -- dating the same guy. The plot involves faked deaths, CIA agents and Russia, so you know it's from the '80s.
