Why does this scary Doberman make the list? Because, like his intimidating owner, the cartoonish Station Inspector (Sacha Baron Cohen), by the film's end, he's more of a pussycat. (Although, judging by all evidence, Max is really a girl.) Favorite scene: The Inspector and Max take a bath. Together.
