"They are the Nazgul, Ringwraiths, neither living nor dead," so said Aragorn in 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.' Everyone in Middle Earth knows not to mess with these nasty creatures, and that goes double for the Witch-King of Angmar (a.k.a. the Lord of the Nazgul), seen here, across this man's chest.
