It's only been two months since 'Thor' was released, but Marvel and Disney have their sights set on the sequel (granted, this wasn't nearly as quick as that 'Green Lantern 2' announcement).

We still don't have an exact release date for 'Thor 2,' but we do know Chris Hemsworth will be back to reprise his role as the god of thunder. Kenneth Branagh, who directed the first movie, will not be returning (according to Deadline, he left on amicable terms).

The 'Thor 2' announcement should come as no surprise considering it made more than $400 million at the box office.
