Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva arrive at the Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has filed a restraining order against the actor who reportedly punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth last January. A judge has reportedly issued an order prohibiting the 54-year-old actor from contacting his ex.

Grigorieva, talking to the Daily Mail, declined to go into further detail except for describing Gibson as "extremely violent" while her lawyers claimed that "the true facts will be brought out in a court of law."

Russian musician Grigorieva, who split from Gibson last April after a year of dating, also revealed that the actor has not been paying child support for their daughter, Lucia, who is 7 months old.

"He is not paying me a penny. Nothing," she told The Mail. "I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation. I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty"

Gibson, who is reportedly worth $900 million, has responded to these allegations by immediately filing his own restraining order against Grigorieva. Gibson's attorney, Stephen Kolodny, has also claimed that the accusations claiming the actor knocked Grigorieva's teeth out in a heated argument back in January are untrue. "Her teeth are in her mouth according to our information," he said in a statement.

Kolodny also mentioned that Mel still pays for his illegitimate daughter with Oksana, Lucia, and even takes care of Oksana financially amidst the allegation. He said, "Mel has generously supported Lucia and will continue to do so. Oksana currently lives in a four bedroom, multi-million dollar house with Lucia and her older son Sascha (from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton) purchased by Mel."
