The 'Captain America' rumors continue today with news that 'Fantastic Four' hunk Chris Evans has been offered the titular role.According to Heat Vision, Evans would star in up to three 'Captain America' films, with additional appearances in the 'Avengers' movies and other Marvel movies as well.
Marvel and reps for Evans declined to comment on the report.
Evans is just the latest name attached to the highly anticipated project. Previously rumored to play the superhero, also known as Steve Rogers, were Channing Tatum and 'Office' star John Krasinski.

Evans is perhaps best known for playing Johnny Storm in 'Fantastic Four' and '4: Rise of the Silver Surfer.' He's also appeared in such films as 'The Perfect Score' and 'The Nanny Diaries.'
Next up for him is 'The Losers,' in theaters Apr. 23.
