If I asked you who did the best on-camera Doctor Emmett Brown impersonation you might be tempted to answer Seth Rogen or Paul Rudd. And while those are both fine choices, you'd be wrong. Completely and totally wrong.

No, the best Doc Brown impersonation comes not from a member of Apatow's crew, but from former President Ronald Reagan.

Sure, it might not be as polished or stylized as Rudd's delivery, and yes, Reagan didn't get the line exactly right (even after reading it off a notecard), but still. He was the leader of the Free World and he delivered the "Where we're going we don't need roads" line during a dang State of the Union speech! (Incidentally, keep listening to Reagan's speech for his tease of a "New Orient Express" that would - by the end of the 90's - allow us to travel from Dulles International Airport to Tokoyo in just 2 hours!).

Sadly, the fat cats in Washington have failed to deliver on Reagan's dream of a road-free America. Stupid pro-road lobbyists.
