Robert Downey Jr. took home a trophy for Best Actor in a Motion Picture (Comedy or Musical) at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards, for his starring role in 'Sherlock Holmes.' He started his speech with "If you start playing violins, I will tear this joint apart," snuck in a note about Joel Silver "re-starting my career 12 times since I began 25 years ago," and ended by calling the Hollywood Foreign Press "a strange bunch."
