Want a taste of what a live-action Lobo might look like before Guy Ritchie and Warner Brothers bring the interstellar bounty hunter to the big screen? In 2002 a student at the American Film Institute named Scott Leberecht directed The Lobo Paramilitary Christmas Special starring Andrew Bryniarski (who played Leatherface in the Platinum Dunes Texas Chainsaw Massacre films).
Sure, it's only 13 minutes long, but it's an excellent, quite professional looking production. Plus, how can you go wrong with a story about an extraterrestrial badass who is hired by the Easter Bunny to assassinate a power hungry Santa Claus? I doubt Warner Brothers will be using that storyline.
Check The Lobo Paramilitary Christmas Special out in all it's slightly not-safe-for-work glory below.
