Director Mary Harron is quickly becoming the go-to gal for edgy period pieces. Her latest, The Notorious Bettie Page (starring sometime it girl Gretchen Mol as the titular pin-up queen), which premiered last night here in Austin, is the subject of most of the positive buzz I've heard over the past few days.
