Fox comedy Life With Mikey. Her plays were also turned into the movies An American Daughter and The Heidi Chronicles. In fact, she won a Pulitzer and a Tony for The Heidi Chronicles.

Wasserstein died of lymphoma today at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
