If this is true (and this and this), it makes her the third major American actress to reject the part (after Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson), and it leaves Casino Royale producers with just one month to find an actress to make their late-January start date. So who's left? It seems clear that the producers are dangerously overshooting the mark here.
