
In a brief bit of news, Hollywood North Report is now confirming set construction for the live action 80's nostalgia flick Transformers will begin this February in North Vancouver. The team hopes for a start to shooting in the early spring. Director Michael "The Clonus Horror" Bay will helm the live-action version of the popular cartoon.
I still remain highly worried about this entire project. I'm not a big Bay fan to begin with, and a lot of the early news (regarding issues such as what the various characters will transform into) has been more than a bit upsetting. Anyone have a few hopeful words for a dispirited fan?
