Since the passport was granted via royal decree, I'd recommend that others hoping for Cambodian citizenship of their own take the following three steps to get the attention of King Sihamoni:

  • adopt a native kid and give him a weirdly cute mohawk
  • start a foundation in the country, name it after the kid, and contribute about $500,000/year to said foundation
  • be an incredibly hot, internationally famous movie star
And that should pretty much do the trick - hey, it worked for Angelina.
