eddieAs far as I'm concerned, just knowing Eddie Izzard exists makes the world a pretty good place. Knowing Eddie Izzard is actually getting hired to make movies? Why, that's paradise. So, things are looking up, because the world's greatest action transvestite just got another gig:  he'll star in Super Ex, the latest effort from Ivan Reitman. The movie is about a guy (Luke Wilson) with a superhero girlfriend (Uma Uma Uma), which sounds pretty funny just on its own. Everything is just super (in many ways, presumably) until he dumps SuperUma, and her anger/heartbreak/whatever come out in an explosion of super powers, rather than the usual drunk phone calls. Eddie plays SuperUma's nemesis:  Professor Bedlam. Doesn't this sound like something that would happen on The Venture Brothers?
