Michael Madsen slipped a few more details to FilmFocus about director Quentin Tarantino's four hour war epic Inglorious Bastards. "Quentin's written it now," said Madsen, "but we've not started shooting yet. I've read it and you know the Dirty Dozen? It's a bit like that." Madsen was also able to confirm Adam Sandler's involvement, as well as Tim Roth and Eddie Murphy. Inglorious Bastards is the story of a group of disgraced U.S. soldiers during World War II who manage to escape the execution squad by going on a daring mission to help the Allies in the fight against the Nazis. According to IMDb, Madsen will play Babe Buchinsky, an homage to Charles Bronson, whose real last name is actually "Buchinsky". Back in March, FilmFocus broke the news that the film would be released in two parts, ala Kill Bill. A few months back AICN reported that Tarantino was still trying to get his dream cast of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stalone, and Bruce Willis for three key roles.
