predator Sometimes, I long for the pre-Governator days, when Arnold was a fierce action-hero with bad lines that would make your brains explode with their beauty.  He lost that magic some time around Twins, when his career went all soft and uninteresting in its comedic stupidity (much like his current Governator-ship).

In any case, Encore is playing 1987's Predator in its current rotation of flicks. I just wanted to point out how good this movie is.
It's one of those movies that comes on TV in the middle of a bunch of nothing, and you're about to click on to the next channel, but you don't.  You sit there and watch it because it's a good action flick with stupid, hardcore lines, like "If it bleeds, we can kill it." I want a Governator who says things like that, rather than things that more closely resemble "It's not a tumor!"

People may ask why they're considering an Alien versus Predator 2. It's because of the power of this movie and the original 1979 Alien movie. They're don't switch the channel flicks.
