The Weinstein Company has just announced its second deal in 24 hours: they've acquired the rights to Stormbreaker, the story of a "reluctant teenage superspy", to be directed by Geoffrey Sax. The $40 million project is based on the novels of Anthony Horowitz; no casting details have been announced as of yet. This is the first new project to be aquired by the Company - or, at least, it's the first they've announced.
