In an interview that will air today on AMC's Sunday Morning Shootout,
Francis Ford Coppola expresses his distaste for an upcoming
video game version of his
Godfather trilogy. Coppola says he is in no way involved with
the Electronic Arts game, and was not consulted by Paramount before
they decided to go through with the project."They use the characters [from the film] everyone knows ... and then for the next hour they shoot and kill each other." The Electronic Arts website says that in the game, players will "join the Corleone family and earn respect through loyalty and fear." And that sounds fun how, exactly? Photos after the jump.
